We cannot accept returns on any makeup or skincare purchase. For all other categories, items can be returned within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All original tags should be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, shoe box, etc.) Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us.

We will issue a full credit to your credit card. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. A receipt must accompany your shipment. Please mail to:

Kiss and Makeup uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground shipping for all products containing alcohol (including fragrance products) and aerosols. This is a legal requirement in the United States. Fragrances and aerosols cannot be shipped by air.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit.

Returning a Gift
If you are returning a gift, please contact our store 516.374.2666. We can either offer online or in-store credit on merchandise returned.

Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for returned products at this time.
